In these blog pages you will find all sorts of interesting information about the topics I cover. I am going to be posting information about medicinal plants and their healing properties as well as tips on how to make the rememdies at home shoud you want to try: macerated medicinal oils, mother tinctures, salves and oinments. 

Some of the plants I use in my rememdies come from my plot and others I forage for in non-polluted and secluded mountain regions in Asturias and Leon. I will be sharing some pics of these plants in their natural habitats to help you with plant identification. 

I will also offer some tips on how to tend a mediicinal and veggie garden. Many you will surely know about and others will come really handy if you have a plot; how to feed the soil, how to create a natural fertilizer, how to use medicinal plants to shoo pests away etc...

If you are into plant magic I will also share some of the magical properties that ancient folk associated with certain plants.
